I haven't done a digital painting in a LONG while. Which is why I only charge like... $25$35 for one. I miss them. Seriously. Buy one. I love doing them. Except short fur. Because each strand is drawn by hand.
I had an interesting time mixing a realistic human eye and a wolf's eye together. And the hand-paws were interesting to do too.
...I actually forgot to mark down which textures I used in this. So I apologize to any stock artists I have inadvertently ripped off. It wasn't intentional! D:

O-o you only charge $25 for these? WOMAN UP YOUR PRICES!!! This is gorgeous! The lighting is fabulous and you have really caught that semi/hyper-realism very well. It's definitely a wonderful piece. You should look into some hair/fur brushes it might help you out a bit and be a little less time consuming for you, I got mine from the brush downloads over at ImagineFX.com.
But yes a wonderful piece you must be very proud of yourself :3 the textures are really lovely in this also.
Thanks. Lol Well my fursona's a shapeshifting monkey-bear, so I got the hybrid part covered. I have no real problem with short hair, it just gets a little tedious after a while.
